This is a challenging workout targeting and strengthening your core and abs. The benefits of strong core and abs are many including; better balance, stability and control during every day activity, improved digestion, improved posture and helps prevent injury including back and shoulder pain due to helping your spine support your upper body and movements. You will feel the burn, but make sure you are not pushing yourself past your limits and be sure to have a glass of water nearby to stay hydrated.
